Tipton, California (January 12, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating an injury crash involving a semi-truck that happened in Tipton on Monday morning.
The crash happened at about 9:12 a.m. January 11, on Avenue 152 near Road 96.
A big rig pulling a tanker truck jackknifed on the highway for unknown reasons. A second semi-truck was possibly involved in the accident.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, a woman in the milk truck complained of severe pain and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No additional information about the crash was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
