Montebello Head-On Accident on Route 202 Left One Dead
Montebello, California (January 9, 2021) – An 88-year-old Spring Valley man died, and another one was hurt after two vehicles collided head-on Wednesday evening in Montebello.
The deadly collision took place on Route 202 at about 6 p.m. on January 6.
The accident happened when a Toyota Camry driven by the Spring Valley man southbound swerved into the opposite lanes for unknown reasons.
Police said the Camry then crashed head-on with an unspecified vehicle in the evening hours.

Sadly, the Spring Valley male driver was pronounced dead at the scene
Meanwhile, the other motorist was rushed to Hackensack University Medical Center by the Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corps for treatment of non-life-threatening.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
