Andres Romeroz ID’d as 30-Year-Old Man Killed in Fresno Crash on Highway 168 Off-Ramp at Shields Avenue

Fresno, California (January 2, 2021) – Andres Romeroz, 30, has been identified as the man who was killed in an alleged DUI accident on Saturday morning in Fresno, authorities said.
The deadly single-vehicle accident happened just after midnight, on January 1, on Highway 168 off-ramp at Shields Avenue.
According to the officials, a vehicle driven by a 31-year-old man crashed into an embankment and rolled over several times for undetermined reasons.

Sadly, Romeroz, who was a passenger, sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
The 31-year-old driver sustained major injuries. He was arrested on suspicion of driving drunk before the crash.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
