Arnie Espiritu ID’d as Woman Killed in Bellflower Car Crash on 91 Freeway near Bellflower Boulevard
Bellflower, California (December 28, 2020) – Arnie Espiritu, 49, of San Pedro, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Sunday evening in Bellflower, according to the coroner’s office.
The deadly accident happened at about 6:50 p.m., on December 27, on Artesia (91) Freeway, east of Bellflower Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Toyota Sienna, driven by Espiritu, had come to a stop in traffic lanes when a Toyota Solara rear-ended it.

Espiritu, who remained seated in her vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Toyota Solara driver, a 34-year-old man, suffered minor injuries, complaining of pain in his chest and right ankle.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
