Woman Killed in Winnetka Pedestrian Crash at Roscoe Boulevard and Lurline Avenue
Los Angeles, California (December 16, 2020) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in the Winnetka area of Los Angeles on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Roscoe Boulevard and Lurline Avenue at about 5 a.m.
The Los Angeles Police Department said a woman was crossing the intersection and was struck by a car.
The paramedics responded to the incident and pronounced the woman dead.
The motorist fled the scene and was yet to be located.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
