Cabazon, California (December 16, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday morning traffic accident that killed a pedestrian in Cabazon.
The deadly pedestrian accident transpired at about 3:37 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10, just west of Haugen Lehmann Way.
According to the officials, the pedestrian was struck by a big rig on the roadway in unclear circumstances.

Sadly, the pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped due to the accident, and as of 7:31 a.m., Interstate 10 was reopened.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
