Huntington Park Man Killed in Fiery Head-on Crash on 10 Freeway in Palm Springs
33-Year-Old Huntington Park Man Among 2 Killed in Palm Springs Crash on 10 Freeway near Indian Canyon Drive

Palm Springs, California (December 12, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday night fiery head-on crash that killed two persons in Palm Springs.
The deadly accident happened at about 11:50 p.m., on December 9, on 10 Freeway near Indian Canyon Drive.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Jeep Compass was driving the wrong way on the eastbound 10 Freeway and was weaving in and out of the area near the center divider and the fast lane.
Unfortunately, the Jeep collided head-on with a Toyota Camry, driven by a 33-year-old Huntington Park man, in the fast lane, the officials said.
As a result of the collision, the Jeep reportedly caught fire while the driver was still inside.
2 Killed in Crash on 10 Freeway
Sadly, both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
