4 People Die after Arvin Crash on Herring Road Off-Ramp near Highway 99
Arvin, California (December 8, 2020) – Four people were killed in a Tuesday morning traffic accident near Arvin in Bakersfield, according to a local news source.
The incident began when police were chasing a BMW that was reported stolen from the Los Angeles Area earlier in the night. The authorities lost track of the car and canceled the pursuit.
At around 1:00 a.m., the stolen car crashed into a dirt embankment and burst into flames, the California Highway Patrol reported.
