Bakersfield Pedestrian Collision near Wilson and New Stine Roads Results in Serious Injuries
Bakersfield, California (December 7, 2020) – Major injuries were sustained following a pedestrian accident that occurred at an intersection in Bakersfield Sunday afternoon.
Police responded to the major injury crash site shortly before 5:45 p.m. near the intersection of Wilson and New Stine roads.
It was not immediately established how a man was struck by a truck near the Bakersfield intersection.
Meanwhile, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities’ investigation.

The pedestrian sustained moderate injuries following the mishap.
Officials affirmed that the unidentified patient was rushed to an area hospital by paramedics for treatment of multiple bone fractures.
The accident remains under active investigation.
