Jason Strouse ID’d as Driver Killed in Phelan Accident on Highway 138
Phelan, California (December 6, 2020) – The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner has identified the driver who died following a single-vehicle traffic accident Saturday afternoon in Phelan as Jason Isaac Strouse, 42, of Lake Arrowhead.
The deadly accident happened at around 2:45 p.m. Saturday, December 5, on Highway 138, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One vehicle was reported to have been involved in the accident.

Strouse, who was the driver of the vehicle, was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
