Robert Radtke ID’d as 65-Year-Old Oceano Man Killed in Arroyo Grande Crash on Los Berros Road near Phelan Ranch Way
Arroyo Grande, California (December 2, 2020) – Robert Madsen Radtke, 65, of Oceano, has been identified as the man who was killed in a rollover crash on Monday night in Arroyo Grande, authorities said.
The deadly single-vehicle accident occurred shortly before 6:30 p.m., on December 1, on Los Berros Road, south of Phelan Ranch Way.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Chevrolet truck, driven by Radtke, was towing a utility trailer heading northbound on Los Berros Road when it made an unsafe turning movement to the right, causing the vehicle to go off the road.
As a result of the collision, the truck overturned, and Radtke, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle, the officials said.

Sadly, Radtke was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was not clear if drugs or alcohol were factors in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
