2 People Injured in Moreno Valley Accident at Sunnymead Ranch Parkway and Village Road
Moreno Valley, California (December 1, 2020) – Two people were injured in a traffic accident on Monday morning in Moreno Valley, according to a local news report.
The two-vehicle accident happened at about 11:15 a.m., on November 30, at the intersection of Sunnymead Ranch Parkway and Village Road, just east of Box Springs Mountain Reserve.
Authorities said two vehicles collided at the intersection. The factors that contributed to the accident are yet to be established.
Following the collision, one of the vehicles reportedly flipped over, and one person was trapped in the wreckage.
2 Injured in Crash at Sunnymead Ranch Parkway
The trapped party was freed from the wreckage and was transported to Riverside University Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.
The other driver sustained minor injuries. The driver declined medical treatment.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
