Jaimie Singleton Struck and Killed by Vehicle on Ming Avenue in Bakersfield
Bakersfield Pedestrian Collision on Ming Avenue Left Jaimie Singleton Dead
Bakersfield, California (November 26, 2020) – The Kern County coroner’s office has identified the Bakersfield female victim who died following a pedestrian accident Friday night in Bakersfield as 39-year-old Jaimie Lynn Singleton.
The fatal crash took place just before 7:30 p.m., November 20, on Ming Avenue between New Stine Road and Valhalla Drive.
Singleton was struck by a vehicle while walking along the highway under unclear circumstances.
The Bakersfield Police Department said the involved driver remained at the crash site and cooperated with the law.

Sadly, Singleton died in the accident.
Meanwhile, drugs or alcohol were not believed to have played a role in the mishap.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
