91-Year-Old Margret Schilling Seriously Injured in Fatal Murrieta Car Crash on Interstate 15 near Murrieta Hot Springs Road
Murrieta, California (November 16, 2020) – 91-year-old Margret Schilling has been identified as the passenger who was seriously injured in a fatal traffic collision Saturday morning in Murrieta.
The deadly two-vehicle crash was reported on November 14 along Interstate 15 at the Murrieta Hot Springs Road onramp.
The accident happened when a 2014 Hyundai Sonata stopped on the interstate for undetermined reasons. The Hyundai was then rear-ended by a BMW sedan that failed to slow down.

Sadly, 88-year-old Edith Mary Honer, who was standing near the driver’s side of the Sonata, died in the accident.
Schilling was hospitalized at Inland Valley Medical Center with major injuries.
The accident remains under an active investigation.
