Several Suffers Injuries in Victorville Collision at Village Drive and Calgo Lane
Victorville, California (November 12, 2020) – Major Injuries were reported Monday afternoon following a traffic collision at an intersection in Victorville.
Officials responded to the crash site at about 4:20 p.m. at Village Drive and Calgo Lane.
As per the report, a blue-colored sedan traveling down Village Drive from Mojave Drive crashed with a black pickup truck that was pulling out of the Brothers Liquor parking lot on Village Drive.
Due to the impact, the truck spun out of control while the sedan came to a stop partially up a curb before bursting into flames.
Victorville Car Accident Monday Afternoon
The male party operating the truck was ejected in the process. He was airlifted to Victor Valley Global Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.
All the other victims were attended to by medical personnel.
Officials shut down Village Drive between Mojave and Tawney Ridge Lane as they investigated and cleared the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
