Needles Fiery Car Accident on Aha Macav Parkway near Avi Resort Casino Injures Multiple People
Needles, California (November 5, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a traffic collision that happened at an intersection in Needles on November 5.
The fiery collision, involving an SUV, took place at 6:51 a.m. on Needles Highway, at Aha Macav Parkway, near the Nevada border.
It was not immediately established how the collision occurred.
Due to the impact, the SUV came to a stop in the right lane of the road and caught fire.
As per the report, two bodies were found off the roadway and two others on the highway just west of the Von Schmidt State Boundry Monument.
Major Injury Needles Car Accident November 5
One of the patients was flown to Valley Hospital Medical Center before being airlifted to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Nevada for treatment of major injuries.
Limited details about the crash were released at the time of the report.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
