3 Injured in Santa Barbara Accident on Highway 101 near Garden Street

Santa Barbara, California (November 4, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Tuesday morning two-vehicle accident that left three people injured in Santa Barbara.
The minor injury accident transpired just after 7:00 a.m., on November 3, on the northbound lanes of Highway 101 near Garden Street.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Chevy Malibu was traveling in front of a gray Toyota Corolla, both at about 60 miles per hour.
The Malibu then slowed for slowing traffic ahead. Unfortunately, the driver of the Corolla was unable to stop and finally crashed into the back of the Malibu, the officials said.
3 Injured in 2-Car Crash on Highway 101
Three people sustained minor injuries and were transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
