Corona, California (November 4, 2020) – The Riverside County coroner’s office has identified one of the two people who were killed Tuesday morning in a traffic accident in Corona as Ashley Slater, 32, of Norco.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the area of Cajalco Road and La Sierra Avenue at about 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, November 3.
The Riverside County Fire Department crews who responded to the incident found a big rig and a car at the scene of the accident. The events leading up to the collision, however, were not immediately established.
The authorities said Slater and another person were killed in the accident.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
