3 Injured in Car Accident on Antelope Valley Freeway near Avenue O in Lancaster
Lancaster, California (November 1, 2020) – Three people were injured in a car accident that happened in Lancaster on Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 11:40 a.m. on the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway near Avenue O.
One vehicle was reportedly rear-ended by another vehicle on the freeway. The impact of the collision sent both vehicles off the roadway and into an embankment.
The driver of one vehicle was seriously injured in the accident.
The driver and a passenger of the second vehicle sustained minor injuries. All the patients were transported to Antelope Valley Hospital.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
