Bicyclist Hospitalized after Hacienda Heights Accident on South Azusa Avenue near 60 Freeway
Hacienda Heights, California (October 29, 2020) – A cyclist was injured in a traffic accident involving a big rig on Thursday afternoon in Hacienda Heights, authorities said.
The crash happened at about 1:10 p.m. on South Azusa Avenue near the Pomona (60) Freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the big rig struck the bicyclist on the roadway in unclear circumstances.

Traffic on the freeway’s off-ramp was stopped for about 45 minutes due to the accident.
