1 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision at Watt and Myrtle Avenues in Sacramento

North Highlands, California (October 28, 2020) – One person was killed in a car accident that left another hospitalized in North Highlands, Sacramento, on Wednesday morning.
The accident happened in the area of Watt and Myrtle avenues at about 1:20 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol said the authorities were pursuing an Audi that had failed to yield to a traffic stop in the area.
The Audi is reported to have crashed into two vehicles at the intersection.
The impact of the collision ejected the driver and a passenger in the Audi.
The unidentified passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No one else was injured in the accident.
