Possible Injuries Reported after San Diego Collision on Interstate 15 Freeway near Rancho Bernardo Road
San Diego, California (October 28, 2020) – Possible injuries were reported Tuesday afternoon following a multi-vehicle crash in San Diego, a local news source report.
The five-vehicle collision happened at about 1:25 p.m., October 27, on the Interstate 15 Freeway near Rancho Bernardo Road.
The California Highway Patrol identified the vehicles involved in the mishap as a silver Honda Civic, a white Toyota Camry, a royal blue Honda Accord sedan, a white Chevrolet and a blue Dodge Charger.
Due to the impact, one of the cars burst into flames. Two of the vehicles were possibly racing each other prior to the collision, witnesses reported.

All involved parties were attended to by medical personal who responded to the scene shortly after the mishap.
The wreck resulted in the closure of the highway for an unknown time.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
