1 Injured in Blythe Truck Crash on 10 Freeway near Mesa Drive
Blythe, California (October 27, 2020) – A driver was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident in Blythe, Riverside County, on Monday evening.
The accident happened at about 6:03 p.m. October 26, on Interstate 10 Freeway near Mesa Drive, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The authorities who responded to the incident found a semi-truck that had overturned, blocking the westbound lanes of the freeway.
The semi-truck driver was injured in the accident and was transported to Palo Verde Health for treatment.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
