Cory Hofstetter ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Randsburg Crash on Highway 395 at Garlock Road
Randsburg, California (October 22, 2020) – The motorcyclist who died in a traffic accident Tuesday afternoon near Randsburg in Kern County has been identified as Cory Lane Hofstetter, 44, of Victorville, according to the Kern County coroner’s office.
The deadly motorcycle accident happened at about 3:18 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, on Highway 395 at Garlock Road.
Authorities said Hofstetter was riding his motorcycle on Highway 395, approaching the intersection with Garlock Road when, for unknown reasons, he collided with a semi-truck.

Hofstetter was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:40 p.m.
The accident remains under investigation.
