1 Person Killed in Stockton Crash on Interstate 5
Stockton, California (October 14, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday morning traffic accident that killed one person in Stockton.
The deadly accident happened at about 5:00 a.m. on southbound Interstate 5.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Subaru was driving towards the crosstown freeway when it crashed into the center divider, went into the westbound lanes, and clipped a bridge railing.
The Subaru then continued until it came to a rest in the No.3 and No.4 lanes, where another sedan struck it, the officials said.

Sadly, the driver of the Subaru was pronounced dead at the scene.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.

The crash remains under investigation.
