1 Injured in Newhall Car Accident on 5 Freeway near Highway 14
Newhall, California (October 14, 2020) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision that happened in Newhall on Tuesday evening.
The accident happened in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 Freeway near Highway 14 at about 5:28 p.m. October 13, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The authorities who responded to the incident found a silver sedan, a red Jeep and a big rig at the scene of the accident.
Although the events leading up to the collision were not immediately established, the impact of the collision reportedly caused the Jeep to crash into a wall.
One person sustained moderate injuries in the accident and was transported to Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital for treatment.
