Major Injuries Sustained in Placerville Car Crash on Highway 50 near Missouri Flat Road
Placerville, California (October 10, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a major injury collision that took place Friday evening on Highway 50 in Placerville.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident took place at about 6:50 p.m. on westbound Highway 50, just west of Missouri Flat Road.
The report said a silver Dodge Durango collided with another vehicle for unknown reasons. The vehicles were blocking the roadway.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help at least one person who suffered serious injuries in the accident.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
