Isaac Ishak Fatal Ceres Hit-And-Run Pedestrian Accident on Mitchell Road near Whitmore Avenue
Ceres, California (September 30, 2020) – Authorities have released the name of the Ceres victim who was struck and Killed by an alleged hit-and-run driver in Ceres Tuesday night.
The deadly pedestrian accident occurred on Mitchell Road, just south of Whitmore Avenue.
56-year-old Isaac Ishak was struck by possibly a northbound dark green Dodge Caravan, with a faded black rear bumper, while walking across Mitchell Road in unclear circumstances.
The involved driver, a Hispanic man in his 30’s, stopped shortly and then escaped the crash site.

Ishak died at the hospital where he was admitted dead after the mishap.
Officials are searching for the hit-and-run suspect.
The fatal accident remains under investigation.
