Kern County, California (September 28, 2020) – Injuries were reported Friday night following a head-on collision that took place on a highway in Kern County.
The two-vehicle accident was reported just after 10:00 p.m., on Highway 178, near Willow Springs Creek.
Police said a sedan veered off into the opposite lane of the freeway and collided head-on with a pickup truck.
The initial report indicated that the sedan was possibly overtaking other automobiles at the time of the collision.
