David Birt ID’d as Person Killed in Apple Valley Pedestrian Accident on Highway 18 near Mandan Road
Apple Valley, California (September 26, 2020) – David A. Birt, 33, of Apple Valley, has been identified as the person who was hit and killed by a vehicle on Friday night in Apple Valley, authorities said.
The deadly pedestrian accident transpired at about 9:19 p.m., on September 25, on Highway 18 near Mandan Road.
According to the police, the pedestrian was, for unknown reasons, struck by a vehicle on the highway.

Birt was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
