Enfield Martinez and Shawnte Enriquez ID’d as Belizean Couple Killed in Crenshaw Car Accident on Martin Luther King Jr. and Crenshaw Boulevards
Crenshaw, California (September 25, 2020) – Enfield Martinez, 25, and Shawnte Enriquez, have been identified as the two victims who died following a fiery single-vehicle crash Sunday morning in the Crenshaw area of South Los Angeles, according to authorities.
The deadly accident occurred at about 3:20 a.m. Sunday, September 20, near Martin Luther King Jr. and Crenshaw boulevards.
Authorities said a vehicle, occupied by the Belizean couple, was traveling westbound on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard when, for unknown reasons, it slammed into a center median.
The vehicle burst into flame upon the impact.

Martinez and Enriquez were pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
