Authorities ID’d 1 of 4 Teenagers Killed in Tracy Car Crash on Highway 205 as Donald Edwards
19-Year-Old Donald Edwards Killed in Tracy Single-Car Accident on Highway 205
Tracy, California (September 23, 2020) – One of the four teens who died following a single-car crash in Tracy Friday night has been identified as 19-year-old Donald Edwards, a local news source reported.
The California Highway Patrol said the fatal collision occurred along Highway 205 on September 18.
The mishap happened when authorities attempted to stop a vehicle traveling at a high-speed rate on the roadway, but it failed to stop.
The unspecified automobile led the CHP officers on a five-minute pursuit before losing sight and ending the chase. The car reportedly swerved off the highway and ended up wrapped around a tree.

All the four occupants riding in the speeding vehicle, including Edwards, were declared deceased at the scene.
The CHP is still investigating to determine the cause of the fatal crash.
