Yolanda Bozonier Killed after Vehicle Slams into Home on Colony Drive in Pomona
Yolanda Bozonier ID’d as Woman Killed in Pomona Car Crash on Colony Drive near South Hamilton Boulevard

Pomona, California (September 18, 2020) – The woman who died when a vehicle crashed into her home on Thursday night in Pomona has been identified as Yolanda Bozonier, 59.
The deadly accident happened at about 9:15 p.m.Thursday, September 17, in the 1100 block of Colony Drive near South Hamilton Boulevard.
Authorities said a PT Cruiser was heading southbound on Hamilton Boulevard at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control and jumped over a curb.
The vehicle then crashed into a home.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and freed Bozonier, who was pinned under the vehicle next to the bedroom door.
Bozonier was pronounced dead at the scene.
The involved driver, Carmelino Martinezordonez, 33, of Pomona, remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Martinezordonez was eventually arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter. He was being held on a $100,000 bail.

The crash remains under investigation.
