CHP Investigating Del Mar Rollover Car Accident on Interstate 5 Freeway near Del Mar Heights Road
Del Mar, California (September 15, 2020) – Possible injuries were reported Tuesday morning following a two vehicle crash in Del Mar.
As per the report, an SUV crashed with a car at around 6:10 a.m. on the Interstate 5 Freeway near Del Mar Heights Road.
Due to the impact, the SUV blocked the carpool lane while the car rolled over and blocked two middle lanes.

All involved parties were attended to by medical personnel who arrived at the scene shortly after 6:10 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol requested tow trucks to remove both vehicles away from the crash site.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
