3 Hospitalized after Penngrove Car Accident at Ely Road and Old Redwood Highway
Penngrove, California (September 14, 2020) – Three people were hospitalized with major injuries after a Vehicle Plows into a Palace of Fruit Saturday morning in Penngrove.
The major injury crash was reported at around 3:00 a.m., September 12, in the area of Ely Road and Old Redwood Highway.
Officials said an unspecified vehicle plowed into the Palace of Fruit at the Penngrove intersection for unknown reasons.
Due to the impact, the vehicle and the structure reportedly caught fire. Petaluma and Rancho Adobe fire departments crews responded to the scene and extinguished the fire.

Meanwhile, three victims were rushed to local trauma centers for the treatment of major injuries.
The current condition and the identities of the patients have not yet been released to this time.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
