James Rodgers ID’d as 71-Year-Old Man Killed in Kramer Junction Motorcycle Crash on Highway 395

Kramer Junction, California (September 7, 2020) – James Rodgers, 71, of Fallbrook, has been identified as the man who was killed in a motorcycle accident on Sunday morning in Kramer Junction, police said.
The crash happened at about 8:26 a.m., on September 5, on Highway 395, south of mile marker 40.
According to the police, Rodgers was traveling southbound on Highway 395 when a vehicle that was also driving southbound swerved off the roadway and back onto the highway striking Rodgers as he was passing.

Rodgers sustained major injuries and was taken to Victor Valley Global Medical Center Emergency Department, where he was pronounced dead.
Further details regarding the accident were not immediately available.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
