1 Killed, 1 Injured in San Ysidro Car Crash on Caliente Avenue near Highway 905
San Ysidro, California (August 21, 2020) – One person was killed and another injured in a single-vehicle crash on Friday morning in San Ysidro, San Diego County, authorities said.
At about 5:00 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly accident on the Caliente Avenue off-ramp near Highway 905.
The CHP said a vehicle crashed into two traffic signs on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
Sadly, one person was killed and another injured in the accident.
Traffic on Caliente Avenue onramp from Highway 905 was stopped for an unknown period due to the collision.
More details about the crash were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
