Garberville, California (August 13, 2020) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a collision in Covelo on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Lovell Street at Greeley Street at about 2:26 p.m. August 12.
A quad bike was traveling on the roadway when it allegedly ran a stop sign and hit a Subaru.

One person sustained a serious head injury and was flown to an area trauma center for treatment.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
