1 Injured in Santa Maria Car Accident on Highway 101 and Donovan Road
Santa Maria, California (August 5, 2020) – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Santa Maria on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 12:30 p.m. in the area of Highway 101 and Donovan Road.
A red Chevy S-10 pickup truck was entering the freeway when it collided with a white Dodge Ram truck and another vehicle.
The impact of the collision caused the Chevy to flip onto its side in the right-hand lane of the on-ramp while the Dodge Ram came to rest in the left-hand lane.
Santa Barbara Car Accident at Highway 101 and Donovan Road
At least one person in the Chevy is reported to have sustained minor injuries in the accident.
Santa Maria Police and the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
