Man Killed in Fresno Pedestrian Accident on Jennifer Avenue near Gates and Cornelia Avenues
Fresno, California (July 30, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle Tuesday night in northwest Fresno, according to police.
The deadly collision happened at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, on Jennifer Avenue between Gates and Cornelia Avenues.
Authorities said the pedestrian, a man in his 60s, was hit by a vehicle while he was walking on Jennifer Avenue.
Pedestrian Dies in Fresno Crash on Jennifer Avenue
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of family.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
