The bicycle collision happened at around 6:45 p.m. Saturday, July 25, at the intersection of Russell Boulevard and Portage Bay East.
Authorities said a 48-year-old woman was riding his bicycle when she was hit by a gray Toyota Prius at the Davis intersection.
