At Least 1 Sustains Minor Injuries in San Jose Car Accident on Highway 101 near 880 Freeway
San Jose, California (July 29, 2020) – A Tuesday afternoon San Jose car accident on northbound Highway 101 left at least one person with minor injuries and some lanes of the highway blocked, the California Highway Patrol reported.
At around 12:30 p.m., two cars collided just south of 880 Freeway.
A driver of one of the cars hit his head in the crash.
Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes.
At least one person suffered minor injuries. It was not clear if the victim was hospitalized.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
