Helen Vermillion Among 3 Injured in Tuolumne County Car Crash at Tulloch Road and Highway 108

Tuolumne County, California (July 29, 2020) – Helen Vermillion, 68, of Saratoga, has been identified as one of the three persons who were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday night in Tuolumne County, authorities said.
The major injury crash happened at about 7:45 p.m., on July 28, at the intersection of Tulloch Road and Highway 108.
A 2017 Audi A4 sedan, driven by Sadi Tucker, 18, of Atwater, pulled onto Highway 108 from a stop at the Tulloch Road junction, the CHP said.
The Audi was reportedly crossing westbound lanes of Highway 108 when it went directly into the pathway of a westbound 2010 Subaru Forester, driven by a 66-year-old man from Saratoga.
As per the officials’ report, the Subaru crashed into the driver’s side of the Audi.

Vermillion was hospitalized with major injuries. Vermillion was a passenger in the Subaru.
The Subaru’s driver was flown to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto with severe injuries.
Tucker sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
