Man Killed in Perris Pedestrian Accident near West Ramona Expressway and Indian Avenue
Perris, California (July 28, 2020) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a truck Monday evening in Perris, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
The crash happened at around 5:47 p.m. Monday, July 27, in the parking lot of a distribution center near the intersection of West Ramona Expressway and Indian Avenue.
Authorities said the pedestrian was hit by a big rig for unknown reasons.
Pedestrian Dies After Being Hit by Vehicle in Perris
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and found the male pedestrian suffering from major injuries as a result of the accident.
The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries on Tuesday morning. His name was withheld pending notification of family.
