1 Sustains Major Injuries in Newcastle Pedestrian Crash at Auburn Folsom and Newcastle Roads
Newcastle, California (July 20, 2020) – According to a California Highway Patrol report, a pedestrian accident that took place Monday morning, in Newcastle, resulted in major injuries.
The major injury pedestrian accident happened at about 9:32 a.m. at the intersection of Newcastle Road and Auburn Folsom Road.
As per the report, a road worker was struck by a vehicle at the Newcastle intersection for unknown reasons.

The unidentified victim sustained major injuries following the mishap. The patient was then rushed to an area hospital by paramedics for further treatment.
