Man, Woman Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 89 near Pope Beach Drive in South Lake Tahoe
South Lake Tahoe, California (July 13, 2020) – At least two people were injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred in South Lake Tahoe on Sunday evening, July 12.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 6:17 p.m. on Highway 89 near Pope Beach Drive.
The authorities said a motorcycle and a second vehicle were involved in the collision. However, the events leading up to the collision were not immediately established.

As per the CHP incident logs, a woman sustained injuries to her left leg while a man sustained injuries to his arm.
