At Least 1 Injured in Sonora Car Accident at Jacksonville Road and Harney Drive Wednesday evening
Sonora, California (July 12, 2020) – At least one person was injured Wednesday evening in a traffic crash involving two vehicles at an intersection in Sonora, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, at the intersection of Jacksonville Road and Harney Drive.
A red pickup truck collided head-on with a gray Toyota Corolla for unknown reasons at the Sonora intersection, the CHP report states.

Authorities said the accident resulted in minor injuries. Paramedics were dispatched to the scene to help the injured parties. The total number of victims and their identities were not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
