Hayward, California (July 4, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that left at least one person injured in Hayward on Friday evening.
According to a police report, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of Interstate 880 Freeway near Marina Boulevard at about 4:18 p.m. July 3.
A gray Toyota Prius and a white Toyota Sequioa were involved in the accident. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately disclosed.

As per the CHP incident logs, at least one person was injured in the accident. The severity of the injuries sustained by the victim was yet to be established.
