Red Bluff, California (July 1, 2020) – Daniel Brace Junior, 35, of San Diego, has been identified as one of the three victims who were hospitalized after a traffic accident on Tuesday morning in Red Bluff, according to authorities.

As per the CHP log, the two-vehicle accident occurred at about 6:30 a.m., on June 30, on Interstate 5, just south of Riverside Avenue.

Brace was driving his 2005 Mazda 3 on the freeway when, for unknown reasons, he was rear-ended by a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Neil Moosaie, 32, of Brooklyn Park, the CHP said.

As a result of the collision, Brace’s Mazda spun towards the center divider and struck a divider guardrail and then crashed into a concrete bridge wall, sheering off the front half of the car, the officials said.

At the same time, Moosaie’s Malibu drifted into the center divider guardrail and then back across the freeway where it smashed into a concrete wall.
