Serious Injuries Sustained in Clovis Car Crash at Highway 168 and Shepherd Avenue
Clovis, California (June 20, 2020) – One person was hospitalized after being involved in a two-vehicle collision Friday evening at an intersection in Clovis, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The major injury accident happened at the intersection of Highway 168 and Shepherd Avenue, just about 7:50 p.m.
The mishap involved a white Ford pickup truck and a red Chevrolet Blazer that crashed on the westbound lane of the highway for reasons still under investigation.

A passenger riding in one of the involved automobiles sustained serious injuries in the wreck. The unidentified patient was rushed to an area hospital for treatment of a broken wrist.
The highway was shut down for an unknown time as police and emergency crews worked to investigate and clear the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
